MACAU — No.1 seeds Ub Huishan NE (SRB) continued their domination of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour 2023 after beating Liman (SRB) 21-16 in the final of the first-ever Macau Masters presented by Wynn on July 9.

Seeking a record-equalling fourth straight Masters title to start the season, Ub entered the final as favorites but met a familiar opponent in compatriots Liman.

Both teams brought the heat in the humid conditions as little separated them in an intense start.

A two-pointer from Vladimir Dordevic gave Ub a handy 15-12 lead and then two missed free throws from Ning Zhang proved costly.

A two-handed dunk from No.1 ranked player Strahinja Stojacic saw Ub inch closer and they shortly after sealed another victory to continue their unbeaten Masters streak in 2023.

Marko Brankovic was named MVP after topping player value (36.6) and overall scoring (34).

In the individual contests, Toronto KBA’s Nemanja Mitrovic won the Maurice Lacroix Shoot-Out Contest, while Piotr Grabowski claimed the Chooks to go Dunk Contest.
