Asia’s premier destination resort Laguna Phuket has announced Laguna Phuket Triathlon’s 27th annual edition is to take place on Sunday 22 November 2020. Comprising signature race distance of 1.8Km swim, 50Km bike and 12Km run and sprint distance (0.5Km swim, 20Km bike and 6Km run), registration for 2020 LPT opens from 20 December at www.lagunaphukettri.com. For the first time in the Southeast Asia’s longest-running triathlon’s history, Laguna Phuket Triathlon 2020 will feature inaugural Laguna Phuket Duathlon (LPD). Crafted in a 4Km run – 50Km bike – 12Km run combination, the Duathlon will take place on the same day as LPT, giving its athletes a chance to experience the race’s signature bike course.
For convenient commute to the race venue, athletes and followers are encouraged to book their stay at any of the 7 Laguna Phuket resorts which are all in walking distance or few minutes on free shuttle bus and boat to LPT’s transition area at Laguna Grove.
